New Owner Takes The Lead at Help-U-Sell Gulf Coast

Sarasota, FL (October 8, 2019) - Help-U-Sell Gulf Coast Real Estate recently announced a new Broker/Owner, Ms. Chantell Stevens, who acquired the office from long-standing owner, Warren McGregor.

With a former career in the travel industry selling 'dream' destination packages, Chantell became interested in real estate for a similar reason and pursued her license in 2011. “Some people save their entire lives for a dream vacation and I helped facilitate that dream. In real estate, people work hard to achieve their dream of owning a home. That decision can last a lifetime, and assisting people with achieving that dream is a passion of mine,” Chantell said. 

Chantell learned the ropes at a traditional real estate firm, but thought there was a better way to conduct real estate and she wanted her own business. She explained, “I always had my mind set on owning my own office. The right opportunity arose, and I jumped at the chance. My family has been in Sarasota for about ten years now, so I know this area very well. The brand recognition of Help-U-Sell is well-established here and across much of Florida, and the set-fee model is attractive to home sellers because the median price of a house in Sarasota is about $359,000 - which adds up to huge savings for them.”

Chantell is hoping to close 40-50 sides in her first year. “The marketing will be strategically targeted, with a focus on expired listings and FSBO sellers,” she added. Married and an active “hockey mom” of two young boys, she also plans to get involved with local Chambers of Commerce to establish new connections as an owner.
